Conscious breathing-

BREATHING is one of the most powerful tools you can imagine.

Of course, it keeps you alive. But it also connects you to your spirit.

 

Conscious breathing:

 

  • Connects you with your divinity
  • Opens all your senses and brings you into the NOW MOMENT
  • Gets your energies flowing
  • Helps you clear your blockages
  • Helps transform your fears
  • Brings in life elements and helps rejuvenate your spirit

 

Try it! Take 15-20 minutes each day, for at least one week. Simply sit down and start to breathe deeply and consciously. It is a wonderful gift to yourself!
